### Option 1: Full Immersion (Recommended)

- Complete all modules in order
|
|
- Practice exercises for each module
|

- **Best for:** Designers who want to master the methodology
|
|

### Option 2: Quick Start
|

|
|
- Focus on core modules (Modules 01, 02, 04, 06, 08, 11)
