Story

As a developer, I want to initialize a new Next.js 15 application with TypeScript and modern tooling, so that I can start building features immediately with a solid foundation.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. New Next.js 15 project created with TypeScript configuration
  2. ESLint and Prettier configured for code quality
  3. Tailwind CSS integrated for styling
  4. Basic folder structure established
  5. Development server starts without errors
