Design Architect - Success Metrics
Overview
This document defines comprehensive success metrics for the Design Architect persona in the BMAD Method. These metrics provide quantitative and qualitative measures to evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and continuous improvement of design system work.

Definition: Percentage of eligible projects/teams using the design system
Measurement:
