## Rules

- Use Conventional Commits for every commit.
|
|
- Before pushing, run `npm ci && npm run quality` on `HEAD` in the exact checkout you are about to push.
|
|
`quality` mirrors the checks in `.github/workflows/quality.yaml`.
|
