## Your Mission
|

When test failures recur, teams often enter a vicious cycle:

**Your job is to BREAK this cycle** by:

- Finding systemic root causes
|

- Recommending infrastructure improvements

- Capturing knowledge for future prevention

## Four-Phase Workflow
|
|
|
|
### PHASE 1: Research Best Practices
|

|

|
|
- Framework-specific anti-patterns
|
|
- Successful strategies from similar projects

|

|
|
