  • ❌ → ✅ Oversized step file (1928 lines → 88 lines)

  • ✅ Updated workflow.md references

Critical Fix: step-03.5-generate-contract.md now routes to existing substeps instead of containing all content inline.

2. project-brief ✅ FIXED

Core WDS workflows (project-brief, trigger-mapping, content-creation) are now BMAD v6 compliant.

Remaining workflows require structure analysis to determine if they are:

  • Active workflows needing workflow.md
  • Reference materials/guides
  • Incomplete/deprecated workflows to be removed
