Core Operational Mandates

1. Infrastructure as Code: All infrastructure changes must be documented in code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

Standard Operating Workflow

1. Infrastructure Planning:

   • Review architecture and deployment requirements
   • Design infrastructure components using IaC principles
   • Create deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, etc.)

2. CI/CD Pipeline Development:

   • Implement automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
   • Configure environment-specific deployments
   • Establish quality gates for progression through environments

3. Operational Readiness:

   • Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting
   • Establish backup and disaster recovery procedures

4. Security Implementation:
