Update Phase 1 guide and VTC deprecation notice for VTC removal

- Remove "Strategic Context (Step 4)" from Phase 1 guide — Phase 1 is
casual business discovery, not trigger mapping
- Update flowchart to remove Strategic Context box
- Mark VTC guide as "Removed" (was "Deprecated")
- Historical session logs in docs/examples/ left as-is (records)

- **Solution Approach** - The "how" that enables development
- **Success Criteria** - The "what" that measures progress
- **Market Positioning** - How you're different (optional: ICP framework)
- **Strategic Context** - Business goal, target group, and driving forces as a benchmark
**Strategic Context (Step 4):**
After capturing your vision and positioning, you'll establish a strategic context — identifying your primary business goal, target group, and their driving forces. This serves as a benchmark for all subsequent discovery work. If anything contradicts these during discovery, either the strategic context needs refinement or the finding doesn't serve your strategy.
Phase 1 captures a casual, conversational understanding of the business — who the users are, what the goals are, what the product should do. The deep strategic analysis (personas, driving forces, prioritization) happens in Phase 2: Trigger Mapping.

# Value Trigger Chain (VTC)
**Deprecated** — The VTC concept has been replaced by the Trigger Map's built-in strategic context.
**Removed** — The VTC concept has been removed entirely. The VTC Workshop and all related files were deleted in v0.3.0.
When you need quick strategic grounding without a full Trigger Map, use a **slim Trigger Map** instead — define the business goal, target group, and their driving forces directly. This provides the same strategic context without introducing a separate concept.
When a scenario or content piece needs strategic context, reference the Trigger Map directly — pick the relevant business goal, persona, and driving forces from the Trigger Map (Phase 2).
Phase 1 (Product Brief) is casual business discovery. Phase 2 (Trigger Mapping) is where strategic analysis happens. There is no separate "VTC" concept.
