Alex Verkhovsky df4427ab4c fix: inline quick-spec step navigation paths, remove frontmatter tokens ... Replace {nextStepFile} and {skipToStepFile} frontmatter tokens with explicit {project-root}/_bmad/ paths in all quick-spec step files. These are LLM prompts, not config files -- inline paths are clearer and carry semantic information without indirection. Also standardize wording from "Load" to "Read fully and follow:" for consistency. Also add .junie/ to .prettierignore to fix unrelated CI noise.
