Complete the native skills migration for all remaining platforms: - iFlow: .iflow/commands → .iflow/skills (config change) - QwenCoder: .qwen/commands → .qwen/skills (config change) - Rovo Dev: replace 257-line custom rovodev.js with config-driven .rovodev/skills, add cleanupRovoDevPrompts() for prompts.yml cleanup All platforms now use config-driven native skills. No custom installer files remain.
