* docs(zh-cn): refine help and quick-fixes guides improve zh-cn troubleshooting guidance so users can quickly choose the right support path and self-recover from common issues. align bmad-help and quick-dev usage wording with current invocation conventions and remove glossary-style appendices to keep the pages action-oriented.
