Alex Verkhovsky f0c7cf41c7 chore: remove dead agent schema validation infrastructure ... The *.agent.yaml format was replaced by SKILL.md-based agents. Zero agent YAML files remain in src/, so remove the Zod schema, validator CLI, fixture-based test suite (52 fixtures), unit tests, CLI integration tests, and the CI steps that invoked them.
