Matthew Mellor c81656151d Resolve merge conflicts: integrate both Amazon Q CLI and OpenCode support 
- Added Amazon Q CLI and OpenCode to supported IDEs list
- Resolved configuration conflicts in install.config.yaml
- Added missing comment-json dependency for OpenCode support
- Both integrations now coexist properly
