Alex Verkhovsky d0f03869ca refactor(installer): remove dead platform-codes helpers and YAML cruft ... Delete unused PlatformCodes class from tools/cli/lib/. Strip dead helper functions from platform-codes.js (getPlatformInfo, getPreferredPlatforms, getPlatformsByCategory, etc).
