Alex Verkhovsky 1397c8f44a fix(skills): revert scope-creep menu changes in edit-prd step-e-03 ... Restore original menu options [V], [S], [A], [X] that were incorrectly replaced with [C], [A] during validation pass. The menu reduction was not covered by any validation rule.
