Sjoerd Bozon bbe030a96f feat: add suggested handoffs for workflow transitions ... Add chat.suggestedPromptFiles support to suggest next workflows after completing a task. Each workflow prompt now has a 'handoffs' array that defines which workflows should be suggested next.
