Brian Madison 9b9f43fcb9 fix: reorder mergeModuleHelpCatalogs after generateManifests ... The mergeModuleHelpCatalogs function depends on agent-manifest.csv being populated, but was being called before generateManifests. This caused new modules' agent info to be empty in the help catalog. Fixes issue where game-dev-studio workflows weren't appearing in bmad-help.csv and IDE commands weren't being generated.		2026-01-22 00:39:00 -06:00
