LLM-readable validation prompt covering 19 rules across 6 categories: SKILL.md frontmatter, workflow.md hygiene, path resolution, step file structure, sequential execution, and file reference integrity. Designed to catch anti-patterns from mechanical workflow-to-skill conversions (installed_path abuse, intra-skill path variables, metadata in wrong frontmatter).
