2df113cf5f
wdsFolder was initialized from detection.folder ('_wds') but the
migrate-update branch never reassigned it to WDS_FOLDER ('_bmad/wds').
This caused the migration check (wdsFolder !== '_wds') to be false,
silently skipping the folder move.
