Brian Madison 64de77298e feat(skills): add customize.toml and inject points to all remaining skills ... Add customize.toml with stock fields (inject before/after, additional_resources) to all 34 remaining workflow and core skills. Copy resolve-customization.py script into every skill's scripts/ directory. Add customization resolve and inject points to all workflow SKILL.md files.
