Lidinei Domeneghini 4f9d5eeda0 feat(installer): provision full native workspace for AI Cockpit 
This commit transforms the AI Cockpit setup from a basic mode configuration into a comprehensive workspace provisioning process.

The installer now leverages a new `aicockpit` configuration in `install.config.yaml` to automatically construct the standard `.aicockpit/rules` and `.aicockpit/workflows` directories
