jheyworth 22fabf7ba1 fix: add error handling for CSV read/parse in loadAgentManifest and loadBmadHelp ... Wrap file read and csv.parse in try/catch blocks so malformed or unreadable CSV files gracefully degrade instead of aborting setup.
