Andaman Lekawat 4142972b6a fix: standardize variable naming from {project_root} to {project-root} (#1217) ... Fixed inconsistent variable naming in workflow instruction files across CIS, BMGD, and BMM modules. The standard variable format uses hyphens ({project-root}) not underscores ({project_root}).
