Yahya Bin Naveed 9ff9d6f8f3 feat: add Kimi Code CLI support (#2302) ... Adds kimi-code to both platform-codes.yaml files so Kimi Code CLI is available as an install target via the config-driven installer. Skills are installed to .kimi/skills/, which is the project-level skills directory per the official Kimi Code CLI documentation.
