Brian Madison eba19c3e19 docs: update all references for unified bmad-quick-dev workflow ... Remove all references to the old separate bmad-quick-spec and bmad-quick-dev-new-preview workflows. The new bmad-quick-dev is a unified workflow that handles intent clarification, planning, implementation, review, and presentation in a single run.
