Add [agents.bmad-orchestrator] declaration in _bmad/custom/config.toml
to activate the orchestrator agent during custom installations.
This makes bmad-orchestrator available to GitHub Copilot in the Custom
Agents picker during any install that includes bmm module, leveraging
the existing skill without requiring a separate module.
