Summary of changes:
- Removed 32 recommended_inputs: sections
- Added description: fields to all input_file_patterns (25 workflows)
- Added missing load_strategy fields (5 workflows)
- Fixed BMB workflows with proper reference doc variables
- Updated BMB instructions to use new variables
