From e5caf0a3b692927444d27ea58f48f50c9b9b3591 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Brian Madison Date: Mon, 27 Apr 2026 23:42:15 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] fix(catalog): normalize module-help.csv rows to documented 13-column schema Many rows in core-skills/module-help.csv and bmm-skills/module-help.csv were missing one column between description and phase, leaving them at 12 fields instead of 13. CSV consumers that read by header position were silently mapping data into the wrong columns (description into action, phase into args, required into before, etc).
