docs: convert BMAD knowledge base from TXT to MD with improved formatting and structure 

## CHANGES

- Convert file extension from .txt to .md
- Add nested table of contents with proper hierarchy
- Organize content with detailed section headers
- Format numbered lists with consistent spacing
- Add subsections for better content organization
- Improve document navigation with proper markdown structure
