fix: update WDS documentation URLs to reflect new directory structure
Updated all documentation links in WDS presentation and course materials to use the new `/docs/` path structure. Links were pointing to old paths like `/course/` and `/getting-started/` which have been reorganized under `/docs/learn-wds/`, `/docs/getting-started/`, and `/docs/deliverables/`. Affected files: - WDS presentation scenario documentation - Module 00 and Module 01 YouTube show notes
