Remove Mimir orchestrator — three agents remain (Saga, Freya, Idunn)
Mimir was removed in the workshop refactor. Update README, docs-guide, and activation files to reflect the three-agent architecture. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
