refactor(installer): remove dead state from ModuleManager 

Remove setBmadFolderName (set to constant, never read),
setCoreConfig (set, never read), dead listAvailable branch
guarded by never-assigned this.bmadDir, and unused
BMAD_FOLDER_NAME import.
