feat: add implementation readiness check to batch-super-dev

**New Step 2.5: Implementation Readiness Check**

Validates story quality BEFORE execution mode selection:
- Checks story file exists (or BACKLOG for creation)
- Validates BMAD format (12 sections required)
- Checks gap analysis markers (✅/❌)
- Verifies minimum tasks (≥3)
- Verifies minimum ACs (≥3)
- Checks Current State content (≥100 words)

**Benefits:**
- Catches quality issues before starting execution
- User can remove/fix invalid stories
- Prevents wasted time on incomplete stories
- Ensures hospital-grade story quality

**User Control:**
- Validation failures: Option to remove and continue
- Validation warnings: Option to fix or proceed
- Full transparency on quality issues
