Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 * refactor: convert advanced-elicitation from XML to markdown workflow The installer only discovers workflow.yaml and workflow.md files, so workflow.xml was never registered. Convert to workflow.md with YAML frontmatter while preserving all elicitation logic verbatim.
