docs: add French documentation links and correct agent/workflow counts

Add language switcher and update documentation index:
- Add language switcher in README.md (🇫🇷 Français | 🇬🇧 English)
- Add language switcher in README.fr.md (🇫🇷 Français | 🇬🇧 English)
- Add French documentation section to docs/index.md
- Link to all French documentation files

Correct agent and workflow counts throughout:
- Update README.md: 31 agents (was 38+), 50+ workflows (was 76+)
- Add "game development" to project scope description
- Add "8 Specialized Modules" to v6 features
- Add "Game Development Module" to v6 features
- Update "Specialized Expertise" with Game Designer and Marketer roles

This ensures:
1. French documentation is easily discoverable from main README
2. Users can switch between languages seamlessly
3. All documentation reflects accurate current state (8 modules, 31 agents, 50+ workflows)
4. French documentation is properly indexed in docs/index.md
