feat(core): add pipeline orchestrator for multi-stage workflows
- Add pipeline-config.yaml with templates (full_sdlc, quick_flow, etc.) - Add orchestrator.xml task with create, run, status, abort, resume commands - Add pipeline.md documentation with architecture and usage - Support sequential, parallel, and hybrid execution modes
