fix(skill): clean up bmad-create-architecture validation findings

Remove installed_path and intra-skill path variables (PATH-02, PATH-04),
prefix bare docs/** with {project-root} (PATH-03), fix misspelled
{product_knowledge} -> {project_knowledge} (REF-01).
