fix: correct malformed XML syntax and remove hardcoded path

- Fix missing opening quote in activation-steps.txt: `n={HELP_STEP}"` → `n="{HELP_STEP}"`
- Remove spurious hyphen: `-Let` → `Let`
- Replace hardcoded `/Users/brianmadison/...` path with relative path
