* refactor: Standardize on 'GitHub Copilot' branding

- Update all references from 'Github Copilot' to 'GitHub Copilot' (official branding)
- Simplify GitHub Copilot guide reference in README
- Rebuild distribution files to reflect changes
- Ensure consistent branding across documentation and configuration
